This hotel was perfect for me in so many ways - the location is perfect, my room was bigger than I expected, and their was plenty of room for hanging my clothes in the wardrobe and using the drawers (I am a solo traveler, and I admit it probably wouldn't be enough for two travelers). The bathroom was bigger than I expected, and I really appreciated that there are facecloths (many hotels don't provide them anymore), including a black cosmetic facecloth, and there was also a makeup mirror which many hotels don't provide. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved having the ironing board and a full-size iron, which many hotels don't provide now or you have to ask for them. The mini-fridge with complimentary water, soda, and snacks was also a huge bonus and the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice treat. I was able to drop my bag off when I arrived and after I checked out, and it was tagged and stored safely in a separate room. The $2/bag cost for storing after checkout is not bad at all considering that the bag storage apps charge more, and your bags are not usually stored in a separate room.

Wonderful hotel - location is very central yet on a quiet street so you can sleep nicely, all staff members were very friendly and courteous, the level of cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel is rather new (or refurbished) with very good showers and comfortable beds. I was really pleasantly surprised as usually hotels of the same price range in NYC can be a mixed bag. Herbal teas in the lobby are of high quality. Plenty of towels in the bathroom; 2 bottles of water and soft drinks for free every day.

The room was very clean which was great to arrive to after a long day of travel. The location was perfect for our needs. We walked to the theatre district, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Central Park and the shops on 5th Ave. Food options around the hotel were great. Loved the complimentary water and snacks in the room as well.

The staff & the location are perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable, no frills, but perfect for my long stay in the city. The staff have been absolutely amazing! They have helped with everything from directions to subway guidance and taking care of my packages! They are warm, friendly and have made my time here in New York a pleasure. The location and value are absolutely perfect! The hotel is a short walk from 5th Avenue from park ave and from amazing restaurants, jazz clubs, the subway stations, immediately adjacent to a wash & fold & dry cleaners. I’ve been here for 6 weeks and will likely extend my reservation for the rest of my 6 weeks here in town.

Great hotel for the money. The room was an ok size. I was worried it would be small for 10 days but it was fine. The room was comfortable and clean. Probably normal size for Manhattan. Seemed to be an average size based on what I checked versus price. The mini fridge was stocked each day with complimentary bottled water, soft drinks and snacks and bags of ice were available. This was a fantastic extra. On the roof there is a nice area to sit which always seemed empty. The location is fantastic. In midtown at central for most things and right by multiple subway lines. The staff were absolutely fantastic - front desk were so helpful and the housekeepers were very nice too. Would definitely recommend.

The position of this hotel is really good, close to public transportation and also not far from places like Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building and Times Square, also on foot! Room is small but it has everything you need! The possibility to go on the small rooftop is a plus that I really liked! Staff was always kind and available for any suggestion on what to visit or where to go for having meals. If you are looking for a quiet and nice place to stay in a safe neighborhood this is the place for you!

Staff was amazing and super friendly, they gave us a list of different places to go near the hotel for groceries, coffee, pharmacies, and different types of food with the time schedules. They speak spanish and portuguese. Room was located in the 6th floor not one sound from outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was spot on and the pressure from the shower also. Mini bar got replenished each day (2 waters, 2 sodas, 3-4 snacks) and it was included in the price. Breakfast although not included they have hot water with different types of teas, cocoa and hot and freshly made coffee. Tv has only 1 channel but you can cast different apps so we didn't have much trouble when we wanted to check some show. Hotel is located 4 stops away from Times Sq, the E train passes just a couple of blocks away from the hotel. In 15 min you can be in WTC or 25 min to the other side and you'll be in Queens. Staff also helped us the last day with holding our bags and coordinating a cab to JFK which ended up being a limousine 😎. We'll definitely come back!!!

The location was convenient and the room was generously spacious for a Manhattan Hotel in this price range. Things I especially appreciated: (1) plenty of electrical outlets strategically placed through out the room; (2) the in-room safe; (3) the mini-bar with free water; (4) the free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate offered in the lobby; (5) the list of nearby restaurants recommendations that was handed to us as we checked in; (6) the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Pretty good location for most of the things we wanted to do and see. About 25-30 min walk from Central Park, Bryant park and Times Square. They had little snacks in the mini fridge included free of charge which was nice as well as coffee and tea downstairs. The staff were very friendly as well. The pricing was also affordable.
